Answers to the most common questions about studying event management online with ESINEV USA.
What is ESINEV USA?
ESINEV USA is the U.S. website of ESINEV (Escuela Internacional de Organización de Eventos), an online school specializing in event planning and management. We serve students across the United States from New York.
Are ESINEV programs accredited or degree-granting?
No. ESINEV programs are non-degree professional training. They are not accredited by a U.S. accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and do not award academic degrees. When you complete a program you receive an ESINEV certificate of completion that documents the content and hours studied.
What is the difference between a professional master’s program, a diploma, a course and a micro-credential?
They differ in depth and length. Professional master’s programs are the most complete (about 1,500 study hours over 12 months). Diplomas focus on one specialization (about 450 hours over 36 weeks). Courses (about 150 hours) and micro-credentials (short, skill-specific modules) are ideal for upskilling quickly.
Are the programs 100% online?
Yes. All programs are delivered on our virtual campus, available 24/7, so you can study at your own pace from anywhere in the United States.
When can I start?
We open new intakes every two months. The next start date is shown on each program page.
Do I need a degree to enroll?
Courses and micro-credentials are open to anyone 18 or older. For diplomas we recommend a high school diploma or equivalent, and for professional master’s programs a bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience. See our admission requirements.
Will ESINEV prepare me for the CMP or CSEP?
Our programs cover many topics in the CMP and CSEP content areas, and study hours can support your education requirements, but ESINEV is not affiliated with the Events Industry Council or ILEA. Check each certification’s current eligibility rules before applying.
How much do programs cost, and can I pay in installments?
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on each program page. We offer interest-free payment plans of up to 12 months depending on the program, and a 10% discount when you pay in full. See scholarships and payment plans.
Can I use federal financial aid (FAFSA) or the GI Bill?
No. Because ESINEV programs are non-degree and not accredited in the U.S., they are not eligible for federal student aid or GI Bill benefits. You can use our scholarships and payment plans, and some employers reimburse professional training.
Does ESINEV guarantee a job or an internship?
No. ESINEV does not guarantee employment or arrange internships. Our programs focus on practical skills and portfolio projects, and tutors can guide you on your résumé and job search.
What do I need to study online?
A computer, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection. No special software is required.
Will I have a tutor?
Yes. Tutors with experience in the events industry answer your questions, review your assignments and guide your final project.
What is your refund policy?
Refund conditions are described in our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions before enrolling, contact us.
